I've charmed C-suite skeptics, rewired how creative departments think, and made rooms full of people laugh, take notes, and (once or twice) cry.

Two women are sitting at a table in a podcast studio, speaking into microphones while engaging in conversation. The woman on the left has curly hair, wears glasses, and a colorful dress, gesturing with her hands. The woman on the right has straight hair, wears a black blazer and white lace top, also gesturing with her hands. The background features wall decor with logos of Google, YouTube, ADColor, and the phrase 'Story Corps' in red lettering. A framed poster on the wall says 'TAKE A STAND' with an illustration of a raised fist.

"Neisha is a phenomenal facilitator: thoughtful, engaging, funny, and dynamic. I entered the workshop feeling curious and unsure but left feeling energized, focused, and most importantly, hopeful."

What I Talk About

My talks and workshops live across four pillars, each grounded in 20+ years of experience in advertising and tech, and designed to spark both insight and action.

Creative Direction & Craft: Creative direction as a discipline, a lens for all work, and honestly, a life skill.

AI & The Future of Creative Work: how to use AI as a tool for better thinking (and making), how to maintain your creative integrity, and how to get over your AI anxieties.

Culture & Connection: Creating with communities, avoiding missteps and missed connections, and building teams where people and ideas can flourish.

Careers & Professional Storytelling: Personal branding that doesn’t feel cringy,  owning your story, negotiating like you mean it, and navigating the unwritten rules of work.

"This was one of the most impactful sessions. The message was simple, everything was directed at drilling it in, and it was immediately applicable."

Creative Education

I also design and deliver curriculum for Miami Ad School, Creative Circus, Otis College, and University of Florida. Courses run 4 to 12 weeks and cover copywriting, AI creative direction, content creation, and career readiness.

"Her session on building connection and community through social media wasn't just informative; it was fun. School leaders left inspired and equipped with practical strategies they could implement immediately. We had over 450 registrants. A record for our team."

Let's Talk

If you're planning an event or experience and you want someone who's going to say something that actually sticks: hello@undeniableideas.com

(Fine print: I have once or twice told a room of creatives to quit their job and move to Costa Rica. I meant it metaphorically, I promise.)
